Please verified your charger properly connected now. When the charging process starts, the charger LED turns red. Once the battery is charged, the
LED turns green. If the issue persists, we recommend charging the battery for 6-8 hours. Then please measure your battery voltage. Remember to share us the test result.
An Error 22 on the LCD display often indicates a throttle issue. On an LED display, Pedal Assist Level will flash to display an Error 22. We recommend a thorough inspection of your throttle and throttle cable.
If the issue persists, please contact our support team for help.
The throttle works as normal but no pedal assist. I am not receiving any error codes on the display.
If still no response from pedal assist mode, proceed to unplug and plug the sensor cable.
If the issue persists, please perform a factory reset.
Be sure your LCD shows no Error Codes. Then please push and hold the "-" assist button for 3 seconds. The motor should spin slowly at walking speed.
If there's still no response there might be an issue with the brake sensor cable.. Please unplug the brake sensor cable.
If the issue persists, please contact our support team for help.
This is almost always the result of the motor may be disconnected. First check all of the connections. Then disconnect and reconnect the connectors. When the cables are disconnected, check for debris, moisture, or corrosion. You may use compressed air to clean them out as well.

An Error 025 on the LCD display often indicates a brake issue. On an LED display, Pedal Assist Level will flash to display an Error 025.
Error 25 when the lever is depressed at boot-up proves that the cable/switch CAN work properly.

Be sure to write down the serial number of your electric bike. We suggest registering your bike with bike index or 529 Garage.
Two keys are supplied to unlock and lock the battery. Each set of keys are unique. Please keep your key and its spare in a safe place. We don't have copy keys for sold eBike.

Yes, we have a setting for you to switch between these two options: Display on Hover and Display on Click.
No. You likely cannot bring the battery. Airlines have strict safety limits for the size battery you can bring on a plane.
That is not a problem. You just need to modify the width/height ratio in theme settings.
