Shipping Area
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all eBike orders within the United States. Your eBike will be shipped from our California warehouse.
We are currently not shipping to FPOs, APOs, P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii or any territory or jurisdiction outside of the contiguous United States.
Shipping Time
For in-stock order, please allow 1-2 business days to process your order after being placed online. Tracking information will be sent to your email address once an order is shipped.
For Pre-order item, the shipping month is listed on the product page. We will share the shipping status and pre-order announcements on our blog.
Warranty
Every Wallke E-bike is covered under our manufacturer's one-year all-inclusive warranty for the original owner against all manufacturing defects. Warranty parts will only be shipped within the continental United States. If you purchased a bike and had it then shipped to another country, parts will only be sent to the country in which the bike was originally sent.
If you believe your Wallke eBike has a warranty issue, your first point of contact should be your Wallke Online Store where you purchased your eBike. If you purchased directly from Wallke Ebike Online Store, please contact our customer service team.
