8 Years of WALLKE — Why We Still Build Every Bike Like It Matters
Dear WALLKE Riders,
This March marks WALLKE’s 8th anniversary. Eight years may sound like a long time, but for us, it feels like we are still only at the beginning.
When I started WALLKE, I did not want to create just another electric bike company. There were already many bikes on the market. But I kept asking myself:
- Why do so many electric bikes look similar, ride similarly, and fail when riders need them most?
- Why do powerful bikes often sacrifice comfort?
- Why do comfortable bikes sacrifice durability?
- Why do many products promise adventure but are not truly built for it?
That question became the beginning of WALLKE. From day one, our goal has been simple: Build electric bikes that are powerful, reliable, and truly designed around real riders—not trends.
Not products built only for catalogs. Not products built only for short-term sales. But bikes people can trust for years. That belief has never changed.
Who We Are
WALLKE was built around one simple principle: A great e-bike should make riders feel freedom, confidence, and excitement every time they ride. This means every decision we make starts with the rider:
- Will this frame survive years of real riding?
- Will this battery remain stable after repeated long-distance use?
- Will this motor still deliver confidence on hills, rough roads, and daily use?
- Will this design actually improve comfort, or just look different?
If the answer is uncertain, we continue improving. Because in our team, compromise is never the easy option.
What Happens Before a Product Reaches You
Many people see a new product launch. Few see what happens before that. For every new WALLKE bike, there are months of testing behind it. Not just laboratory testing, but repeated real riding, repeated adjustments, repeated failures, and repeated improvements.
- A frame may go through countless stress tests before approval.
- A battery system may be opened, rebuilt, and tested again after thousands of charge cycles.
- Controllers are adjusted again and again until power delivery feels natural—not aggressive, not delayed, but right.
- Suspension settings are tested across different road conditions.
- Braking systems are repeatedly reviewed because stopping confidence matters as much as acceleration.
Some prototype parts never reach production because we are not satisfied. Some changes that seem invisible to customers require weeks of work internally. This is not because perfection is easy. It is because durability is built through discipline. And we believe riders deserve that effort.
Our Recent Products Represent That Commitment
When we launched new models recently, including the H-series and Titan platform, what riders see is the final result. What they do not see is how many times we refused to accept “good enough.”
Some prototypes were tested repeatedly under load until small weaknesses appeared. Some structural details were changed after long-distance riding revealed tiny discomfort points. Some power system tuning took much longer than expected because real-world riding always teaches more than specifications on paper.
The truth is: A product is only ready when it still performs after repeated testing—not only when it looks finished. This is why every launch takes serious patience. Because our name is on every bike. And that matters to us.
What We Will Continue Building Next
The next stage of WALLKE is not only about more products. It is about building a stronger riding experience around the product itself.
New Products in Development
We are already developing new models focused on:
- Better real-world range
- Improved frame balance
- Smarter power delivery
- Stronger durability
- More rider-focused design details
Innovation should solve actual riding problems. Not just create marketing language.
More Offline Experience Opportunities
We know choosing an e-bike is a serious decision. That is why we are expanding offline experience opportunities through local retail partners. More riders should have the chance to:
- See the bikes in person
- Test ride before buying
- Ask real questions face to face
Because confidence often begins with real experience.
Building the Test Ride Ambassador Program
One of the things I personally believe in most is letting real riders speak for the product. That is why we are expanding our Test Ride Ambassador Program. These are not salespeople. These are real WALLKE owners. People who ride our bikes in daily life. People who know the strengths, the details, and the real experience. We want future riders to hear honest feedback from real people before making their decision. That kind of trust cannot be manufactured.
Better Service After Purchase
A strong product alone is not enough. Ownership experience matters just as much. We are continuing to improve:
- Support response speed
- Parts accessibility
- Service guidance
- Ownership education
- Long-term customer support systems
Because trust is built after the sale, not only before it.
Let the Community Shape the Future
Many of our improvements already come from user feedback. And this will continue. Your riding stories, your challenges, your suggestions—they directly influence what WALLKE becomes next. We are not building products away from riders. We are building together with riders.
Why This Still Matters After 8 Years
Building a product is difficult. Building trust over years is harder. And trust only exists when people feel that a company continues to care—even after the product leaves the warehouse.
That is what WALLKE is still trying to do every day. To everyone who has ridden with us, trusted us, supported us, challenged us, and given us honest feedback: Thank you. You are not just customers. You are part of why WALLKE continues improving.
Eight years later, we still believe the best products are built with patience, responsibility, and respect for the rider. And we are only getting started.
Sincerely,
Andrew
