Xcotton Shipping Protection (Parcel Insurance)

If you purchased Shipping Protection and need to file a claim, you may contact Xcotton through any of the following methods:

  1. Open the email titled “Xcotton Shipping Protection Placed Successfully” and click the claim/report link inside the email.
  2. Submit your claim directly through the following portal:
