Charger Compatibility & Selection Guide

Selecting the correct charger for your eBike battery is essential for safe charging, efficient performance, and long battery life. Using an incompatible charger may cause overheating, battery damage, reduced capacity, or permanent failure.
Please carefully select the charger according to your battery capacity:

• 22Ah battery → 3A charger

• 30Ah battery → 3A charger

• 40Ah battery → 6A charger

• 60Ah battery → 10A charger

⚠️ Charging with a higher or lower amperage charger than specified is not recommended and may negatively impact battery health.

Important Notes

• All Wallke eBikes are shipped with a compatible charger as standard equipment.
  Please purchase a charger only if you need a replacement or an additional unit.

• 55Ah energy storage battery

  • This battery is supplied with a charging cable only

  • A dedicated charger is not included

  • Please contact our customer service before purchasing to confirm suitable charging solutions and specifications

• Solar panels are NOT sold by Wallke

  • If you plan to charge your battery using solar power, you will need to purchase compatible solar panels separately from a third-party retailer

  • Please consult a professional or contact us for recommended specifications before use

4. If you are unsure which charger is compatible with your Wallke eBike, contact our customer service before ordering to avoid incorrect purchases

Usage & Safety Guidelines

• Always use a charger specifically matched to your battery capacity

• Never use an incompatible charger, as this may result in overheating, battery damage, or reduced lifespan

• Charge the battery in a dry, well-ventilated environment

• Avoid charging in rain, snow, or extreme heat or cold

• Never leave the battery unattended while charging

• Disconnect the charger promptly once charging is complete

• Regularly inspect the charger, plugs, and cables for signs of wear or damage

• Replace any damaged charger or cable immediately

Estimated Charging Time (Reference Only)

Actual charging time may vary depending on battery condition and environment:

• 22Ah / 30Ah battery + 3A charger: approximately 7–8 hours

• 40Ah battery + 6A charger: approximately 6–7 hours

• 60Ah battery + 10A charger: approximately 6 hours

Storage & Maintenance Tips

• Store the charger in a cool, dry place when not in use

• Avoid tightly coiling the cable to prevent internal wire damage

• Keep the charger away from flammable materials during operation
