Please read the following terms carefully before placing your order.

I. Right of Withdrawal (Important Information)

For this distance contract, you have the legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods, without giving any reason and without penalty, unless otherwise stated below.

1. Start of Withdrawal Period

  • Goods: from the day you (or a third party other than the carrier) receive the goods
  • Partial shipments: from the day the last item is received
  • Regular deliveries: from the day the first item is received

2. How to Exercise Your Right

You may exercise your withdrawal right within 14 days by submitting a clear request (via our online return process or standard EU/UK withdrawal form). No reason is required.

3. Extended Withdrawal Period (Missing Information Rule)

If we fail to provide complete legal information about your withdrawal rights, the withdrawal period is extended by 12 months. If the missing information is later provided, the withdrawal period ends 14 days after receipt of that information.

II. Online Withdrawal Process

  1. Go to the “Withdraw Contract” page via the footer or order details page (no login required).
  2. Submit your order number, email, name, address, and return items.
  3. You will receive a confirmation email with a timestamp as legal proof of withdrawal.

III. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

According to EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalized products (e.g. customized frames, paint, engraving)
  • Hygiene-related sealed goods once unsealed (e.g. wearable protective gear, inner wear, helmet padding)
  • Opened consumables (e.g. lubricants, sealants, brake fluids)
  • Installed or integrated parts that cannot be removed without damage
  • Digital services activated with consent
  • Financial market–dependent price goods (if applicable)

Standard bicycles, batteries, and non-custom accessories are generally eligible for return under the 14-day rule.

IV. Refund & Return Policy

1. Refund Timeline

Refunds will be processed within 30 days after we receive the returned goods or valid proof of return (whichever is earlier).

2. Refund Amount

  • Product price
  • Standard delivery cost (if applicable)

No additional processing or service fees will be charged.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • A €200 return fee per complete bicycle applies for bike returns

We may deduct any loss in value if the product has been used beyond what is necessary to inspect its condition and function.

4. Return Condition

Please return items with original packaging and accessories whenever possible.
