When should you purchase a new battery head?

Lost Keys: We do not sell duplicate keys. If your keys are lost, you will need to contact a locksmith or purchase a new battery head.

Damaged Lock: If your battery head or lock is broken, a replacement battery head is necessary to maintain your eBike’s security.
