By participating in a Wallke electric bike test ride, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

   Test riding an electric bicycle involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, or equipment malfunction.
   
   You assume full responsibility for any injury, accident, or loss resulting from the test ride.
   
2. Compliance with Rules
   
   You agree to follow all instructions from Wallke staff or partner store personnel.
   
   You must stay within designated test ride routes and obey local traffic laws.
   
3. Health and Fitness
   
   You confirm that you are physically capable of safely riding an electric bike.
   
   Individuals with medical conditions (e.g., heart disease, high blood pressure, or other serious illnesses) should consult a doctor before participating.
   
4. Protective Gear
   
   You must wear a helmet at all times during the test ride.
   
   Appropriate clothing and footwear are required; sandals, heels, or loose clothing that may get caught in the bike are prohibited.
   
5. Vehicle Responsibility
   
   You agree not to tamper with, modify, or damage the bike.
   
   You are responsible for any damage caused due to negligence or failure to follow instructions.
   
6. ID and Security
   
   You must leave a valid government-issued ID with Wallke or the partner store until the test ride is completed.
   
   You must be at least 18 years of age.
   
7. Limitation of Liability
   
   Wallke and its partner stores are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during or as a result of the test ride.
   
   You agree to release Wallke and its affiliates from any claims arising from participation.
   
8. Acknowledgment
