Warranty Policy

Warranty & Protection Overview: All our eBikes come with a standard Manufacturer Warranty to cover basic quality issues. For enhanced and extended coverage—including accidental damage, power surges, and post-warranty mechanical/electrical failures etc.—we highly recommend purchasing the optional Xcotton Product Protection at checkout. Please read Section 6 for detailed Xcotton coverage terms.

1. Warranty Overview

Every Wallke E-bike is covered under our 1-Year Warranty for the original owner. Warranty coverage is provided in accordance with the terms and conditions and begins on the date of delivery.

⚠️ Important Warranty Limitations:
  • Non-Transferable: The warranty applies ONLY to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to subsequent owners. A valid Order ID is required.
  • Geographic Limits: Warranty parts will only be shipped within the continental United States, Canada, or European Union countries. If the bike was exported, parts will only be sent to the original delivery country.
  • Labor Costs: Wallke provides replacement parts and covers shipping costs for those parts. The customer is solely responsible for any labor costs associated with installing the components.
  • Pre-Owned or Resold Bikes: Warranty coverage does not apply to any second-hand or resold Wallke E-bike. Customers are responsible for all costs related to parts, labor, and shipping for such bikes.

2. Warranty Coverage Details

3. Specific Battery Warranty Terms

The battery is covered for 1 year against manufacturing defects. However, lithium-ion batteries naturally degrade over time. Please review the specific conditions below:

Condition Policy Description
Normal Degradation Lithium-ion batteries naturally lose capacity over time. For example, a capacity drop of up to 30% within the first year (or 500 charge cycles) is generally considered normal wear and tear and is NOT covered under warranty. Actual degradation may vary depending on the specific battery model, usage habits, and environmental factors.
Warranty Void Actions The battery warranty will be immediately voided if the battery is:
  • Charged with a non-Wallke or unapproved charger.
  • Left completely discharged (empty) for more than 30 days, causing deep discharge damage.
  • Stored in extreme temperatures (below freezing or above 100°F/38°C) for prolonged periods.
  • Tampered with, dropped, or subjected to water ingress (seal broken).

4. Warranty Exclusions (What is NOT Covered)

The 1-Year Limited Warranty does not cover the following scenarios or components. (Note: The following list includes but is not limited to the items mentioned. Other unlisted wear and tear parts or misuse scenarios may also exist. Please contact our support team for confirmation.)
