  • Fulfillment Process:
    • Upon successful completion of this payment, our customer service team will manually update your original order in our system to reflect the agreed-upon upgrade or exchange.
    • The upgraded or exchanged product will be shipped as part of your original order. You will not receive a separate shipment or tracking number from this price-difference transaction.
    • All shipping and tracking information will be associated with your original order number.

  • Your Acknowledgment: You understand that this payment is solely for the cost of shipping and handling. Does the Ebike need to be assembled when it arrives?

Our electric bicycles are 85%-90% pre-assembled. You only need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals and some accessories to ride. The installation tools and user manual are included with the vehicle.

Are your electric bicycles waterproof?

All electric system components have basic waterproof performance and can cope with daily light rain riding. However, it is not recommended to use them for a long time in heavy rain or wading environments to prevent damage.

How much riding range can be achieved?

The range varies depending on different models, riding modes (pure electric/assisted), road conditions, wind speed, rider weight and other factors. For a rough range, refer to the data marked on each model, for example, a single battery can reach 40-90 miles, and a dual battery can last longer.

Is the electric system certified?

Our batteries and electronic control systems have passed multiple international certifications such as UL, CE, TUV, etc., and meet safety standards.

How long does it take to ship after purchase?

After placing an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email. We prioritize processing orders from customers who reply with "Confirm." For orders without a reply ("low-risk orders"), we will automatically consider the order confirmed and arrange shipment within 3 business days. Pre-sale orders will be shipped according to the estimated shipping date indicated on the product page. Delivery time varies by region and is typically 3–10 business days.

Are there test rides or stores?

Is warranty provided after purchase?

What if the Ebike fails?

What are the precautions for battery maintenance?

Please avoid storing it for a long time after it is exhausted. It is recommended to charge it at least once a month to keep the battery active even if it is not used for a long time.

How to use the PAS and throttle of an electric vehicle correctly?

The PAS (pedal assist) mode requires pedaling to trigger the motor assistance, and the throttle mode can be accelerated directly by twisting the handlebar with the right hand. It is recommended to switch between them according to actual needs after proficiency in operation.

Can Ebike be ridden in rainy days?

You can ride short distances in light rain, but please avoid heavy rain and waterlogged roads. After use, it should be wiped dry in time to extend the service life.

Does your Ebike support dual battery system?

Yes, some models (such as H9 AWD, X3 Pro Max) are equipped with dual battery systems, which bring longer battery life and stronger power.

What is AWD (dual drive)? What are its advantages?

AWD (All-Wheel Drive) refers to the independent drive of the front and rear dual motors, which can greatly improve the climbing force, stability and the ability to pass through complex terrain, and is suitable for off-road and heavy-load scenarios.

Can Ebike go uphill? How steep a slope can it handle?

Equipped with a powerful dual motor system and high torque output, it can easily handle steep slopes of up to 40° or more (subject to the specific model marking).
