This owner’s handbook includes assembly and maintenance work which may need to be done at frequent intervals to maintain an operational and safe Wallke eBike. Never perform work on your Wallke eBike beyond instructions in this handbook. Please read the instructions entirely before assembly to ensure the proper functioning of the Wallke ebike.

What is the difference between H9 Ultra and H9 Ultra AWD?

I love the bike. It's very nice with the exception of when the bike is folded. There's no bottom support or amount to protect the cables on the bottom less than a 1/2. Inch, it's not safe. And the LCD P1-p8 is very , very limited. It needs an update. The 2024 x3 Max LCD was wonderful. The battery life is Great.

Shipping was timely, bike arrived in perfect shape and rides wonderfully. When I ordered it, the front battery option was to be shipped with the bike. That was a little disappointing to me, but it did arrive perfectly 10 days later as promised all in all a great experience and a great bike
My husband and I recently purchased a Wallke H7 Ultra and an H9 AWD, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. These bikes have exceeded our expectations in every way. The build quality is outstanding, they feel incredibly solid and well-made, and they’re surprisingly easy to ride and operate. You can tell a lot of thought went into the design. The power, comfort, and overall ride quality are exceptional, and we find ourselves looking for excuses to go out and ride them!
The only reason I hesitated before purchasing was that I emailed the sales team with a few pre-purchase questions and never received a response. As a first-time customer making a significant investment, that almost caused me to buy from another company. Fortunately, I decided to move forward anyway, and I’m so glad I did.
The bikes themselves have been absolutely fantastic, and we have zero regrets about our purchase. If Wallke improves their customer communication before the sale, I truly believe they’d provide an outstanding customer experience from start to finish. We would definitely recommend these bikes to anyone looking for a high-quality e-bike.
Totally great bike.
But.
Electric problem. When pulling a long hill. Single drive or AWD. Motors cut out. Have to stop. Reset to go on. If a lot of hill remains. Same problem again.
Have tried to submit trouble report. But no response.
Finally, a Product with multiple uses. Having a Battery that not only powers the bike for hours, but can be charged directly from solar panels and has an inverter to power other appliances. Totally game changing. The bike is super solid, with Moped tires and great breaks. I can’t say enough on how happy I am with this purchase.
Overall, love the bike. Only gave it 4 stars because I experienced some issues with the controller stopped working. However, Walke was quick to send out a replacement controller and got me back out on the road. I would recommend this bike for off-grid types of experiences, camping, and long range adventures. Awesome bike. Happy with my purchase. Worth the investment.

I have a 2 year old h7 awd and I have really enjoyed it. I have been very impressed with the power of this the h9 and the brakes are a 100% improvement. Mine one complaint is that the throttle response is very touchy. The h7 that I have is very smooth but I have not found any way to tune this one to this not jump when the throttle is slightly turned. Even with the 1st speed set at 12% it still jumps forward. Is there anyway to tune it to be smoother. I have learned to handle it but I would be afraid to let an inexperienced rider on it. I love that it has the power but I do not let the way it jumps forward. It makes it very hard to handle in a tight area at slow speeds.
I will say this bike has exceeded my expactations. had it about a month now and have not had a problem out of it. I will say for a foldable e-bike it is big and it is heavy. Its about 140 pounds with the battery installed. Ive done about 40 miles of throttle only on the highest setting using the rear motor only(cruising at an average of 30 mph) and still had 3 out of 5 bars of battery left. range varies depending on terrain and weather but i would trust this thing up to 50 miles no problem. The dual motors are definitely a plus for hills or if you need that extra acceleration to cross a road. This thing has some crazy acceleration in dual motor mode. My previous bike was a Lectric XP 3.0 and i could only get about 20 to 25 miles throttle only going about 18 mph and it was the long range model. This bike will do 34 mph but the speedometer on the display is off by about 2mph. It will say your doing 36 confirming with gps apps your really going 34 which is what they advertise the top speed at anyways so can't be mad about that. I will say it is a pain if you have to change the tube on the rear tire, it is not simple lol. I also see allot of videos of people adding a device to the handle bar for "cruise control" . It isn't mentioned in the manual but it does have cruise control, just hold down the minus button for abot 5 seconds with the throttle engaged. This bike does it's job and does it well. If you are a shorter person i would possibly reconsider. Im 5' 10" but this bike is tall for me considering seat hight and swinging my leg over to get on. If you don't need a foldable i would get the dual motor step through version which is the H7 i believe. Customer service was also pretty good. When i initially ordered the shipping date kept getting pushed back due to backorders and what not so it arrived a couple weeks later than expected. Customer service always answered my inqaries within 24 hours or so and gave me updates on my order , i liked that they actually told me what was going on and didn't try and B. S. me. so far happy with my purchase.
Awesome bike. Plenty of power for the hills. Fast enough to get in trouble. A little heavy to fold and put in the truck but I manage. Would definitely recommend this bike to anybody.
The handle for the battery looks like it may pull loose from the mounting point. See photo. I use the bike every day to commute between work and parking. About 1 mile. Putting the bike in my vehicle is a chore without removing the battery. Should I be worried about breaking the handle?
Sold my Puckipuppy GoldenR when I needed a change to a folding ebike for overland travel. Researched the best options for near 3 months. The Wallke H9 AWD landed at the top of the list for quality, power, capable distance travel, ease of use, and customer care reputation. It was a no-brainer to buy!
I have the older model and the display is different not to impressed with the new setup also the shifter and derailer are not tuned correctly but other than that great bike
I was looking for something that could have some range and I didn't have to worry about to having that anxiety If not getting to places I was planning for. I got the h9 ultra wrht the extra battery for that reason . I can't wait to hit more trials and enjoy the reliability that I can feel and tell this bike has. I got 200 miles already and had it a couple weeks and been on all kinds of terrain, and it had do amazing . I would recommend the h9 and everything else they make .. and I can't say more than enough about the customer service it's been the best . Very interactive with its buyers and potential buyers . Honestly not had customer service like theirs in a long time and as they grow I hope they will stay the same with it .. thanks walkee I'm loving the ride so far .. I like the saying walkee ride the legendary e bike of the future . Just an idea lol . Congratulations on 8 years
The H9 AWD is great for long distance travel. The flexibility of being able to use dual motors for uphill climbing, and single motor for flat surfaces is great. Now with the added option of the power bank battery it offers even more capabilities and options for the rides I enjoy. Great platform!!
So i tried out the h9 ultra on Monday n its pretty good. It was a smooth first ride around the park and it's pretty fast. I can't remember the last time i enjoyed such a ride with my JBL speaker blastin while ridin down the road. I will definitely be riding it more in the spring n summer, excellent bike all around, it was able to fit in my car (thank god) n it's definitely worth every penny. 🙌 My hats off to WALLKE for making such a convenient bike.
Love the bike. Out of my 4 current ebikes its the most powerful. I bought it with camping in mind and so far its handled rough trails and roads my other bikes struggled with.
I appreciated the customer service experience when I placed the order. The item arrived on time. The packaging looked fine but there was a small dent, about a $0.25 coin size on the battery that doesn’t seem to affect its effectiveness.
Nice bike for the battery and folding. BUT... I had to 3D print parts to fix the bad design. No support for the frame. Notice it sits right on the ground. I added a 3d printed 5mm petg plug (black) so it would not rest on the frame. Also 3D printed a TPU sprocket guard because mine got bent after folding the bicycle into the truck. Notice the battery is strapped down. There is too much slop and the battery jumps up and slams into the frame as you ride. 3stars means indifference. 4stars. It's ok. But you have to fix it up.

You advertise 60Ah and 22Ah for 82Ah battery. But when I received my bike, it only a 40Ah battery. Y'all are very misleading. Even your advertise on this survey says 60 and 22ah battery. This is very misleading. Faults advertising. Who ever does your advertising you need to fire them.
I'm not happy. I bought a wallke H9 awd with 60ah and 22ah battery. But I got a 40ah battery.
