Out of the box, this ebike is about 85% assembled. Simply attach the handlebars, front wheel and headlight, the seat post, the pedals, and you're ready to rock and roll.
This owner’s handbook includes assembly and maintenance work which may need to be done at frequent intervals to maintain an operational and safe Wallke eBike. Never perform work on your Wallke eBike beyond instructions in this handbook. Please read the instructions entirely before assembly to ensure the proper functioning of the Wallke ebike.

What is the difference between H9 Ultra and H9 Ultra AWD?

Love my bike it was delivered actually early. There was a little damage from FedEx but nothing to the bike just the box itself. I have put 60 miles on her so far and absolutely enjoyed every mile. Also, in my 60's put her together by myself. She handles well and gets around great. I do wish that the tires had come prepped so to resist puncture and turn signals back and front would've been good. There's also a Wallke Riders Facebook page that is very helpful.
This H7 Ultra is Great that 2,ooo W Motor will get U on the road Quick it not like that Old H7 Little O 1,000 w motor & That Ultra is Smooth Riding Them Ther Air Shocks On The Front & U Can Even Adjust The Rear Shocks That's Great not that U need to tho But anyhow I just Love It One end to The Other Side to Side Up & Down &All! O Heck I had 6000 On that Old H7 in 20 months!
I love the bike. It's very nice with the exception of when the bike is folded. There's no bottom support or amount to protect the cables on the bottom less than a 1/2. Inch, it's not safe. And the LCD P1-p8 is very , very limited. It needs an update. The 2024 x3 Max LCD was wonderful. The battery life is Great.

I’ve had this bike for 30 days and I can confirm the bike is nothing short of amazing! I put 80 miles on it and had 30% remaining before my first recharge via solar panels. Lastly the bike is powerful, strudy and has quality brakes . The only thing I would change is the tail light because it is not very bright .

So far it seems to be a great bike. IT was packaged well and went together pretty easy. The only complaint I would have right now is the shifter will not go into gear one. It shows that it is in gear 1 but it is not on the last sprocket.

I have had many E-Bikes , My 2026 Wallke H7 Ultra by far is the most comfortable , reliable , go to E-bike I have ridden, the torque sensor is perfect , the speed helps me keep up with traffic when needed and I have zero range anxiety ! If your in the market for a comfortable , long range E-Bike purchase the H7 Ultra you won't be disappointed !

Turn the throttle lever and hold it. At the same time, long press the [-] button until a flashing icon appears in the lower right corner of the display; cruise control is now successfully activated. To disengage cruise control, simply squeeze the brake lever.

Got my H7 awd early 2025 and she is rolling as good as new after almost 3000 miles! Overall love this bike. Powerful, climbs hills with ease, carry heavy payload effortlessly. I’ve been in a few wipeouts and this bike holds up well, very sturdy. Comfy, dependable and in my opinion a great value. Negatives- this beast is heavy and super awkward. The settings are difficult to understand. Working on this bike is difficult, flat tires are an all day thing to fix and heavy duty flat resistant tires with tire sealant is necessary to avoid constant flats.
I would buy this bike again, might get the power station battery for the ultra and convert it to my H7 awd later.
Finally, a Product with multiple uses. Having a Battery that not only powers the bike for hours, but can be charged directly from solar panels and has an inverter to power other appliances. Totally game changing. The bike is super solid, with Moped tires and great breaks. I can’t say enough on how happy I am with this purchase.

Overall, love the bike. Only gave it 4 stars because I experienced some issues with the controller stopped working. However, Walke was quick to send out a replacement controller and got me back out on the road. I would recommend this bike for off-grid types of experiences, camping, and long range adventures. Awesome bike. Happy with my purchase. Worth the investment.

I Love the Wallke H7 Ultra it is setting a new trend for the E Bike community with the Power Station integration to the battery. That makes all the difference to me and I'm sure that it will be utilized in many ways from the solar power to the camping equipment you can use. it's not just a Bike Anny more it's a whole Experience. I Love the Wallke H7 Ultra from the order to the delivery not one scratch on the box. I am beyond excited about this bike, the H7 Ultra is a high quality excellent made cruising bike with a huge battery excellent hydraulic brakes, great suspension, I love the BMX bars and the step-through version makes this bike so comfortable I've had over 40 e-bikes in the past several years and this is my top five favorite this is definitely a keeper! Wallke did a great job with the upgrades I was really surprised to get 39 mph so far on this bike, keep it up guys we want bigger batteries and bigger speeds this H7 is a top pick for me

The bike overall is very comfortable to ride long distances and handles extremely well.
The brakes, torque and power delivery are impressive. I enjoy using the power station to charge appliances while out on long cycle outings (such as my smoothie maker, DJI action cam etc. :-) ) and it charges quickly. I typically ride for 35 miles in one direction, stop for a lunch break and charge the battery for an hour or two, then make my way back to home base after exploring and filming new cities for my cycling YouTube channel.
I actually love the Ultra H9 very much, but do need to file a warranty claim because the motor is making a strange noise after 600 miles (965km)
I also had an issue with the seat post not fitting properly into the frame, but I chose to keep the bike and work it out. Thus far, customer service has been very prompt and responsive to my issues.
Awesome bike. Plenty of power for the hills. Fast enough to get in trouble. A little heavy to fold and put in the truck but I manage. Would definitely recommend this bike to anybody.
The handle for the battery looks like it may pull loose from the mounting point. See photo. I use the bike every day to commute between work and parking. About 1 mile. Putting the bike in my vehicle is a chore without removing the battery. Should I be worried about breaking the handle?
I’ve owned a Cycrown Cycverve 26” fat tire bike since last summer. I wanted the H7 Ultra based on reviews of it and the H9 Ultra. I wanted a shorter bike with front and rear suspension with more range and more power. The H7 fits the bill perfectly. I added rear foot pegs so my daughter could ride with me and it is much easier to control with her added weight because of the lower center of gravity. We’ve only ridden around the neighborhood a few times so far but I can tell the range will be much better and it is definitely more powerful if I need to stay up with traffic for short distances. I’m looking forward to exploring all the bike trails we have in the area. If I have any complaints, it would be that the throttle is a little abrupt when you first take off and the mirrors that came with it are terrible. I had to replace the whole throttle assembly because I tried to replace the grips with something else and didn’t know what I was doing. Totally my fault. I contacted Wallke to make sure I was ordering the correct replacement and they were very prompt and helpful. Thank you Wallke!
I was looking for something that could have some range and I didn't have to worry about to having that anxiety If not getting to places I was planning for. I got the h9 ultra wrht the extra battery for that reason . I can't wait to hit more trials and enjoy the reliability that I can feel and tell this bike has. I got 200 miles already and had it a couple weeks and been on all kinds of terrain, and it had do amazing . I would recommend the h9 and everything else they make .. and I can't say more than enough about the customer service it's been the best . Very interactive with its buyers and potential buyers . Honestly not had customer service like theirs in a long time and as they grow I hope they will stay the same with it .. thanks walkee I'm loving the ride so far .. this is my first E bike, having that said I’m enjoying it so far. I love everything but the suspension and I don’t like the menu on the display is way too complicated not user-friendly at all.
So i tried out the h9 ultra on Monday n its pretty good. It was a smooth first ride around the park and it's pretty fast. I can't remember the last time i enjoyed such a ride with my JBL speaker blastin while ridin down the road. I will definitely be riding it more in the spring n summer, excellent bike all around, it was able to fit in my car (thank god) n it's definitely worth every penny. 🙌 My hats off to WALLKE for making such a convenient bike.
Love the bike. Out of my 4 current ebikes its the most powerful. I bought it with camping in mind and so far its handled rough trails and roads my other bikes struggled with.
Great Bike. The torque sencer allows for a smooth ride. When using full throttle it gets up to 38 MPH pretty quick. Handels well with the Pet Trailer and my 30 lb Boy in Tow. I live in a hilly area and it climbs just fine. This is my second Wallke. I have the H9 AWD witch is great for off road and thrill seekers. But from experience the AWD is almost too much. It's jerky. And hard to handle on the streets. I'm very pleased with the ultra. Very solid. And great service. If your on the fence about buying Wallke, Jump on, And Ride.
