Love it.
I like it but there is a problem. When you put the ball into the holder it spreads the threads out and the tightener ( plastic nut) will not go on correctly. It tries to cross thread when it gets a grip to tighten.

Love it but it could use vent for air circulation.

the zipper is not the best. gets stuck often, otherwise its not bad for what I paid.
The basket looks great and it gets 5 stars for being durable, my complaint is it should be easily installed and removed. Everything on this bike folds and removes for easy transport, the basket is like an after thought.
I'm So glad I ordered an extra bag even tho a riders kit supplied one when buying my new H9 Ultra... having spare bags is really great for frequent rides - always ready with a fresh pack! And mine was put to the test in a sudden downpour. I got thoroughly soaked even in my UnderArmor rainjacket, however while my bag was equally exposed, its contents were very well protected and absolutely dry upon arriving!

Arrived with no install instructions. I went to your site on utube. It shows the basket pushed right up tight against the battery. That makes removing the battery impossible. That battery installs at a bit of an angle with the basket installed you cannot get that angle.
Store owner replied: The basket positioning shown may look close, but some clearance is needed to allow the battery to be installed and removed at an angle. Please check our installation video for the correct setup: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T2eWiWVXiXo

Is to heavy and should mlbw more adaptable within the seat , without remove it ...example better be on top seat with a support... so you take out basket and seat is still there...
Worked great on the other 2 bikes we got, but as far as putting it on the 3rd bike which is the step through bike, I had to drill different holes to get it to actually fit. No big deal , took me 2 minutes, but the struggle before that was real.
What can I say it's a basket, it does the job but for the price that you're paying you should at least include a set of instructions and better hardware to mount this basket.
It holds anything and everything I think I may need when riding my bike. It's durable and attractive.

Rack is very nice unfortunately it looks like it was designed for a different model bike holes did not lineup. Had to get creative with hardware that was provided but in the end, it looks good works good. Would be nice in the future if they had the holes for the basket Drill according to the holes are mounting holes on bike

I now have two of these baskets, one on the front of my bike and one on the back. They are the best baskets I've found because they are well made, sturdy, and have a solid bottom. That means I can haul small items that would otherwise drop through. I have also added toolbox shelf liner to keep things from moving around. I always get compliments about the baskets.
