been great so far, although i have had some initial issues. there was a slow leak in the front tire and the derailer was not working correctly. i replaced the tube in the front tire and that solved that, the derailer continues to be an issue, but i am honing in on it. while there was only cosmetic damage to the shipping box, i think the H9 Ultra suffered some sort of trauma in shipping. aside, the H9 is everything i had hoped it might be although i do wish there was a more accurate way to monitor the battery (actual voltage instead of vague 5 bars), i rode it 20 miles and it only dropped one bar, i rode it another 5 and it dropped three more).

There no good way to know if there on or not. The beeping is so low I can’t hear it. Otherwise they work fine.

I picked up the Wallke H9 40 amp single motor when it was on sale last week. What a deal! I like extra weight on ebikes that my family uses for cruising the bike trail - and with the Wallke's low center of gravity it feels stable at all speeds - I don't have carry it upstairs to store it, so it is a benefit for us. The 40 amp battery gives us a range that far exceeds any of our other ebikes. My son's friend borrowed it this weekend and did a ride from Kinderhook NY to Catskill NY. 40 plus miles of varied terrain and he made it back easy. I plan on getting the AWD 55 amp version as well so we have 2 long-range capable bikes in the garage. While my 12 year old 5'5" daughter can handle it easy, I love that I can raise the seat to a comfortable position for pedal assist. It goes faster than anyone needs to go on an e-bike - my son had it past 35. We love it, and when you compare what you get from Wallke compared to most other brands, it is a no-brainer. I purchased a Wallke competitors ebike prior to buying my Wallke H9 Ultra with the extra battery. The bike had electrical issues right out of the box. After doing the trouble shooting which did nothing, I attempted to contacted their service group 3 times no response. After 2 weeks of finally running back and forth, sending serial numbers and videos, they decided to send me a replacement part. It worked, I was grateful enough to place the bike up for sale. NOW, I PURCHASED THE WALLKE H9 ULTRA... WOW, TRULEY AMAZING IN ALL REGARDS. A LOT OF TORQUE, RESPONSIVE ENOUGH TO BE SCAREY. I AM 6'5" AND IT TRUELY FITS ME PERFECTLY. VERY SOLID. I LIVE AT THE BASE OF THE MOUNTAINS IN UTAH AND WOW IT IS A CLIMBER. IT IS A BIT LONGER WHICH MAKES THE RIDE VERY COMFORTABLE. I CAN KEEP GOING BUT WONT. YOU WONT REGRET BUYING ONE

The bike is great. I haven’t had any mechanical problems since owning it. I’ve put 270 miles on it. Everything is functioning perfectly. I don’t have any complaints except for the rear shocks. I think they could’ve done a better job with a different type of shock even though they are adjustable it’s not enough adjustment to make them softer. They are way too tight and stiff. I’m a 220 pound 6 foot man and I have them adjusted to the softest point and they’re still hard as a rock. I will look at replacing those with something better.. Other than that it’s worth the price. I don’t generally use the pedal assist pretty much throttle only and I’ve gotten 68 miles and that still gives me 18% battery. That’s with me 220 pounds plus the pack on the back consist of 17 pounds worth of breakdown tools. Should I ever have to breakdown and fix anything? Electric pumps tube wrenches Allen wrenches pliers everything you can think of I would need… Overall, I’m very happy with the bike

The off-grid battery is a great idea and opens a world of possibilities for me. I love the idea of packing a solar charger, riding to the limit of the battery, and camping long enough to recharge - it seems like a leisurely escape from the world with the power of technology making it all easier. So excited to give this a try!

Pretty easy assembly. Working wonderfully as described. The power storage battery is not only useful with various non cycling uses but is easy to maintain and relieves all range anxiety. I'm sure I will get the advertised mileage. Great job Wallke. And customer service has been very helpful. Oh yeah, I'm proud to say I put her together by myself (with Wallke FB group helping.) I also purchased Shipping Protection and since it was delivered as stated... I am pleased.

Love my bike it was delivered actually early. There was a little damage from FedEx but nothing to the bike just the box itself. I have put 60 miles on her so far and absolutely enjoyed every mile. Also, in my 60's put her together by myself. She handles well and gets around great. I do wish that the tires had come prepped so to resist puncture and turn signals back and front would've been good. There's also a Wallke Riders Facebook page that is very helpful.

This H7 Ultra is Great that 2,ooo W Motor will get U on the road Quick it not like that Old H7 Little O 1,000 w motor & That Ultra is Smooth Riding Them Ther Air Shocks On The Front & U Can Even Adjust The Rear Shocks That's Great not that U need to tho But anyhow I just Love It One end to The Other Side to Side Up & Down &All! O Heck I had 6000 On that Old H7 in 20 months!

Talk about one amazing bike !!a year ago I was looking at the titan and liked the setup but the battery was way to small , so when I saw this one I was completely hooked and I placed my order and I absolutely love this thing I put my own mirrors on and a handlebar extension , the only thing I have an issue with is when I installed my rear rack the seat just wants to hit the rack , seams like the rear suspension shock is way to soft or to short and I also had to move the light back to the rear rack mount as the rear rack would have crushed it if I would have ridden over any rough terrain but had to splice the wire as it was not long enough to reach the rear mount , I just got done doing a 70 mile trip and I would say I can give an honest review of five stars on overall performance thanks so much wallke for such an awesome ride !!!!!
