Shipping Area

Wallke offer free shipping, which is free everywhere within the lower 48 states. We are currently not shipping to Alaska、Hawaii or any territory or jurisdiction outside of the contiguous United States.

Shipping Time

All orders are  processed within standard processing in 1-2 business days via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground.
If this time is exceeded, please contact our customer service.
For Future Shipping orders, the shipping month is listed on the product page. A delivery update is sent at the beginning of the shipping month with a more specific delivery timeframe.
COVID-19 Shipping Update:
Due to an increased volume of packages they are receiving, FedEx is currently greatly affected, the efficiency will be lower than normal. FedEx suggest us that we can shift volume to an alternative provider. Our warehouse tried their best to maintain a good cooperative relationship with FedEx and UPS. We have signed an alternative shipping agreement with UPS to ship your items as soon as possible without waiting for FedEx Ground. 

 

Delivery Times

The package will be deliveried around 5-12 business days. But now for COVID-19. It could happen many uncertain problems. We sincerely hope that you can receive the package soon.

Once the order is placed and delivery times will vary depending on where you live.

 

Tracking Information

when your order has shipped, you will receive an email informing you of your package being shipped along with a tracking number.

*Please note, tracking can take around 24-48 hours to update after dispatch

How do I select signature services?

Most orders are generally shipped without requiring a signature at delivery. If your package requires a signature, or if you are worried about leaving a package unattended on your doorstep, you can try leaving a note on your front door asking UPS to leave your package with a neighbor.

FedEx, UPS charges for U.S Express Package, U.S Ground, International Ground and Express Services are as follows:

WILL I RECEIVE THE BIKE FULLY ASSEMBLED?

The Wallke ebike will arrive at your doorstep 85% assembled.
 Unpacking and assembling will take about 10-15 minutes.
All you have to do is mount the front wheel and fender, handlebar, seat post, and pedals, and do a thorough check to ensure everything is tight.
You will find clear instructions and the necessary tools in the accessory box in your packaging. The process of assembled should not take longer than 10 minutes.
