⚠️ Note: Excludes Cyprus, Malta, and outlying islands or remote areas.

United States:

Free shipping to the 48 contiguous states of the USA.

⚠️ 1. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories.

⚠️ 2. We do not ship to Fleet Post Offices (FPO), Army Post Offices (APO), or P.O. Boxes.

⚠️ 3. We do not ship to freight forwarder addresses. Orders using freight forwarders will be canceled.

Canada:

Free shipping Canada-wide.

⚠️ Excludes Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut.

United Kingdom:

Shipping to the UK is available for a flat fee of £200.

For in-stock items, allow 1–2 business days for processing. Tracking information will be sent via email.

Shipping Method

Wallke ships using FedEx and UPS based on order size/weight and delivery address. Smaller items may ship via DHL or USPS.

Packages are typically delivered within 2-12 business days (except pre-order items).

Tracking Information

After shipping, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking may take 24-48 hours to update. For more info, contact us with your order number.

Will I receive the bike fully assembled?

The Wallke e-bike arrives 85% assembled. Assembly takes about 10-15 minutes: attach front wheel, fender, handlebar, seat post, pedals, and check all bolts. Instructions and tools are included.

Shipping Damage Claims

Inspect your product immediately. Report shipping damage within 7 days of receipt. Claims after 7 days will not be accepted.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, contact us within 3 business days. Otherwise, contact the logistics company directly. Investigation of lost packages may take up to 10 business days.
