SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Area

We offer FREE SHIPPING on ebike orders to addresses in the 48 continental United States. 

We are currently not shipping to FPOs, APOs, P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii or any territory or jurisdiction outside of the contiguous United States. 

Shipping warehouse

For US orders, they will be shipped from the Wallke California warehouse.

Shipping Time

For in-stock order, please allow 1-2 business days to process your order after being placed online. Tracking information will be sent to your email address once an order is shipped. 

For Pre-order item, the shipping month is listed on the product page. We will share the shipping status and pre-order announcements on our blog.

If this time is exceeded, please contact our customer service at contact us form.

Shipping method

Wallke ships using FedEx and UPS, based on the size/weight of your order and your delivery address. Items smaller than bikes may ship by DHL/USPS.

Delivery Times

The package will be delivered around 2-12 business days (except when the product being purchased is a pre-order item). 

    Check the below table to get a delivery estimate for your area. Actual shipping time depends on third party shipping company.

    There are in some cases delays between the time when a customer is sent the shipping confirmation email and the time when the package is scanned in at a FedEx/UPS facility.

    Tracking Information

    When your order has shipped, you will receive an email informing you of your package being shipped along with a tracking number. If for any reason you don't receive this or for more shipping information, please contact us along with  your order number.

    Please note, tracking can take around 24-48 hours to update after dispatch. 

    Pick Up From Wallke Warehouse In California

    We offer an extra $80 off for one bike beside the coupon for local pickup order. If you would like to lower your costs and prevent shipping damages, you can pick up the bike directly from our California warehouse. Just contact us to set up a pick-up date and time via email at sales@wallkeebike.com

    Refused Shipments – Flat Fee. 

    If you refuse delivery of an order that you asked us to ship to you, we reserve the right to charge a flat fee of $200 to partially cover both ways shipping costs. We cannot change, intercept, or cancel orders that have already shipped. If you refuse delivery, we will treat your order as a return if it arrives back to us and issue a refund for the purchase price via your original payment method.

    Will I receive the bike fully assembled?

    The Wallke e-bike will arrive at your doorstep 85% assembled. Unpacking and assembling will take about 10-15 minutes. All you have to do is mount the front wheel and fender, handlebar, seat post, and pedals, and do a thorough check to ensure everything is tight. You will find clear instructions and the necessary tools in the accessory box in your packaging. The process of assembled should not take longer than 15 minutes. 

    Shipping Damage Claims

    IMMEDIATELY inspect your product(s) for damage. Shipping damage must be reported to Wallke Ebikes within 7 days of shipment arrival. we will not accept Shipping Damage Claims later than 7 days from receipt of products.

    What if the products get lost during the shipping?

    If you did not receive the package after the tracking status shows it has been delivered, please contact us within 3 business days. Otherwise, the customers need to contact the corresponding logistics company directly to start a claim. We don't accept package lost claims after three days from the delivered date. 

    In case the ordered product(s) do not reach the provided address (when correctly provided) or get lost during the shipping process, we retain the right to a full investigations and search that can take up to 10 business days. Within this period, we retain the right to withhold a full refund. We will always update you on the progress and results of the investigation, upon which suitable and reasonable action can be taken.
