To ensure your eBike remains reliable over time, you have the option to purchase a 1-year Extended Warranty Card, which provides continuous protection after the original warranty expires.

The Extended Warranty is designed to help you reduce long-term maintenance costs, maintain the performance and safety of your eBike, and enjoy a worry-free riding experience as your mileage increases.

Important Notice:
The Extended Warranty Card must be purchased within 30 days of the delivery date of your eBike.
Once your original 1-year warranty period ends, the Extended Warranty can no longer be purchased.
This prevents situations where warranty is only requested after a problem occurs — a standard and fair practice across the eBike industry.


What the Extended Warranty Covers

Both your standard and extended warranty cover essential functional issues, including:

  • Motor malfunctions such as abnormal noise, failure to engage, or power output issues

  • Battery issues, including failure to charge or sudden capacity loss beyond normal wear

What’s Not Covered

The extended warranty applies to functional failures, not damage caused by external factors. The following are excluded:

  • Damage caused by improper use, collision, crash, or water immersion

  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or third-party parts installation

  • Normal consumable wear parts (tires, tubes, brake pads, chains, grips, saddles)

  • Cosmetic issues (scratches, fading, normal aging)

  • Non-transferable: The warranty remains with the original purchaser only

These conditions are aligned with standard warranty practices across major eBike manufacturers.


When the Extended Warranty Begins

  • Your original 1-year standard warranty starts on the day your eBike is delivered.

  • Your extended warranty automatically activates the day after the standard warranty expires, ensuring no gap in coverage.

FAQs

Does the Ebike need to be assembled when it arrives?

Our electric bicycles are 85%-90% pre-assembled. You only need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals and some accessories to ride. The installation tools and user manual are included with the vehicle.

Are your electric bicycles waterproof?

All electric system components have basic waterproof performance and can cope with daily light rain riding. However, it is not recommended to use them for a long time in heavy rain or wading environments to prevent damage.

How much riding range can be achieved?

The range varies depending on different models, riding modes (pure electric/assisted), road conditions, wind speed, rider weight and other factors. For a rough range, refer to the data marked on each model, for example, a single battery can reach 40-70 miles, and a dual battery can last longer.

Is the electric system certified?

Our batteries and electronic control systems have passed multiple international certifications such as UL, CE, TUV, etc., and meet safety standards.

How long does it take to ship after purchase?

Normal orders will be shipped within 1-3 working days (except during special events). Delivery time varies by region, usually 3-10 working days.

Are there test rides or stores?

Currently, it is mainly sold directly on the official website, and there are no offline stores. It supports worry-free test rides within 14 days. For specific return and exchange policies, please refer to the after-sales service terms.

Is warranty provided after purchase?

Yes, we provide a 1-year limited warranty for all electric bicycles, covering major electrical systems and structural components.

Can I pay in installments?

Support interest-free installment services such as Klarna and Shop Pay Installments, up to 12 installments.

What if the Ebike fails?

Please refer to the troubleshooting guide in the user manual first. If you cannot solve the problem yourself, you can contact our customer service team. Most problems support remote guidance or provide accessories for repair.

What are the precautions for battery maintenance?

Please avoid storing it for a long time after it is exhausted. It is recommended to charge it at least once a month to keep the battery active even if it is not used for a long time.

How to use the PAS and throttle of an electric vehicle correctly?

The PAS (pedal assist) mode requires pedaling to trigger the motor assistance, and the throttle mode can be accelerated directly by twisting the handlebar with the right hand. It is recommended to switch between them according to actual needs after proficiency in operation.

Can Ebike be ridden in rainy days?

You can ride short distances in light rain, but please avoid heavy rain and waterlogged roads. After use, it should be wiped dry in time to extend the service life.

Does your Ebike support dual battery system?

Yes, some high-end models (such as H9 AWD, X3 Pro Max) are equipped with dual battery systems, which bring longer battery life and stronger power.

What is AWD (dual drive)? What are its advantages?

AWD (All-Wheel Drive) refers to the independent drive of the front and rear dual motors, which can greatly improve the climbing force, stability and the ability to pass through complex terrain, and is suitable for off-road and heavy-load scenarios.

Can Ebike go uphill? How steep a slope can it handle?

Equipped with a powerful dual motor system and high torque output, it can easily handle steep slopes of up to 40° or more (subject to the specific model marking).
