Wallke eBikes have many different versions, and battery heads are divided into:

• Large head / Small head

• Up discharge / Down discharge

It is essential to provide the frame serial number and your battery type when ordering, so we can confirm compatibility and ensure you receive the correct battery head.

When should you purchase a new battery head?

• Lost Keys: We do not sell duplicate keys. If your keys are lost, you will need to contact a locksmith or purchase a new battery head.

• Damaged Lock: If your battery head or lock is broken, a replacement battery head is necessary to maintain your eBike’s security.
