Important Notice: Please read carefully. By purchasing this pre-owned e-bike, the buyer fully acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Vehicle Condition

This is a pre-owned e-bike, graded based on its overall condition.

Due to its pre-owned nature, the condition of individual components may vary by unit and grade. The e-bike is sold "as-is", and not all components are guaranteed to be fully functional at the time of sale.

The bike may show normal signs of use, including but not limited to scratches, scuffs, paint chips, cosmetic blemishes, or minor dents.

Battery performance, capacity, and riding range may vary depending on prior usage, age, and maintenance history.

Certain components and consumable parts—such as tires, chains, brake pads, cables, grips, drivetrain components, or electronic parts—may require inspection, adjustment, servicing, or replacement after purchase.

No representations or warranties are made regarding remaining lifespan, future performance, or the need for repairs. By purchasing, the buyer acknowledges and accepts the condition and grade of the pre-owned e-bike.

2. “As-Is” Sale & Buyer Acceptance

The bike is sold strictly “as-is.” By purchasing, the buyer acknowledges acceptance of its current pre-owned condition.

The sale is final, and the seller is under no obligation to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason.

Buyers understand that pre-owned vehicles carry inherent risks, and the seller is not liable for any future malfunctions, damages, injuries, or accidents arising from use.

By completing this purchase, the buyer waives the right to dispute payment, initiate chargebacks, or request refunds based on the bike’s condition or any subsequent issues.

3. Safety & Maintenance Recommendations

Buyers are strongly encouraged to perform a complete safety inspection before use, including brakes, battery connections, lights, tires, and frame integrity.

Follow all manufacturer instructions and wear proper safety gear, including helmets, gloves, and protective pads.

Comply with local traffic laws at all times when riding on public roads.

Regular maintenance—cleaning, lubrication, brake adjustment, and battery care—is recommended to extend the bike’s lifespan.
