Is this H7 electric vehicle single-wheel drive or dual-wheel drive?
There are two versions of H7. H7 is rear-wheel single-wheel drive (1200W), while H7 AWD is front and rear dual-wheel drive (1000W+1000W), which is more powerful and suitable for more complex terrain.
What is the total power of the H7 AWD's dual motors?
H7 AWD is equipped with 1000W motors at the front and rear, with a peak power of up to 1600W + 1600W, bringing powerful off-road passing capabilities.
How far can the battery support riding distance?
It depends on the riding conditions. A 40Ah battery can generally travel 70-90 miles, and a 60Ah battery can support long-distance riding of more than 100-120 miles.
What height is this electric vehicle suitable for?
The H7 and H7 AWD are recommended for heights between 5'8.5" and 6'6" (174-198cm), and are equipped with adjustable seats to accommodate different body shapes.
What is the maximum load capacity?
The H7 series supports a maximum total load of 400lb (181kg), and the rear rack supports an additional 55lb (25kg), suitable for carrying people or cargo.
How long does it take to charge?
The standard 48V 6A or 10A fast charger can be fully charged in 6 to 8 hours, depending on the charger specifications and battery capacity.
What road conditions are suitable for the H7 AWD?
The H7 AWD is designed for complex road conditions, off-road, and long-distance commuting. It is equipped with 20"x4" puncture-proof tires and a dual shock system to ensure a comfortable ride.
Is this car waterproof? Can it be ridden in the rain?
The H7 series has basic waterproof performance (splash-proof design of the electronic control system), and there is no problem riding in light rain. However, it is not recommended to soak or expose it to heavy rain for a long time.
How many gears does the pedal assist (PAS) support?
The H7 supports 5 gears of power level adjustment, and is equipped with cruise control and power-assisted walking mode, making riding more relaxed and comfortable.
Is there a USB charging port?
Yes, the display screen is integrated with a USB port, which can directly charge mobile phones and navigation devices.
What special safety design does the H7 AWD have?
