Make sure your seat and handlebar heights are adjusted correctly—your feet should just touch the ground when seated, and the seat post should be inserted past its minimum insertion point as indicated by the markings.

Your bike offers on-demand all-wheel drive, allowing you to choose between front-wheel, rear-wheel, or all-wheel drive at any time. If you're new to e-bikes, we recommend starting in PAS level 1 with rear-wheel drive to get comfortable with the bike.
