If you want to pick up the bike directly from our warehouse, you need to contact us to set up a pick-up date and time via email sales@wallkeebike.com.
Please attention, pick up is not cover the assembley service. Also. Pick up is only available in stock not pre-order.
We hope that you could schedule a pickup in advance for the next business day or later in the week. Pick up service could save you freight and also avoid your bike from shipping damage. Pick up products are also covered by our warranty policy. Don’t worry!
The pickup service only accept cash from customers. An all-cash business generally does not accept checks, debit or credit cards, money orders, credit, or mobile wallets.
Damages during transit are a common when transporting. We recommend opening box and fully inspecting your bike.
Step:
- Contact us to confirm the details about picking up, like, bike color, pickup date, your address and phone number.
- We will give you the voucher. The voucher is a certificate to improve that you are our customer and with our authorization. Please check if your information is correct.
- Bring the cash to pick up the bike. The prices of picking up are $100 cheaper than our retail price because of the saving of transportation costs. This $100 cannot be combined/stacked with any other discount codes or added retroactively.
- Duty free
- After paying, you could pick up your bike. Please remember to open box and have a check.
