What's the serial number?

The serial number indicates the productive time, the lot number. Each Wallke eBike has a unique serial number stamped on the frame, which is on the neck above the forks.

If you have a warranty request on one of the bikes you purchased, please send us your ebike #SN and order id. This will expedite a reply to your query.

We recommend that you keep a copy of the #SN. If your eBike was unfortunately lost or stolen, you can submit it for your police report. It would be so helpful for the police to find your lost bike. 

Wallke X3 Pro have a locking system that prevents the battery from being stolen. Besides, X3 Pro display has many features including Password-protected, Throttle Assist Boost, and Advanced Metrics View Mode to name a few.
