Over 100+ vessels in LA port now

Over 100+ vessels in LA port now

I think you has learned from the media that there might be a shipping delay. LOS ANGELES port has become one of the busiest container ports worldwide. The marinetraffic web showed us that:

Latitude / Longitude: 33.74021° / -118.265°
Local Time: 2021-10-04 03:08:04 (UTC -7)
Un/locode: USLAX
Vessels in Port: 131
Expected Arrivals: 71

The JACKSON BAY is anchored off Long Beach. It is waiting his turn to dock.

ETA: 2021-10-06 11:00:00

The delivery time is a relatively important part of a business, especially for some pre-order orders. There is certainly no intention to provide incorrect shipping data, it's just that the Los angeles port is undergoing some extraneous circumstances.

Normally, it will take a few days to finish the custom clearance. Transferring the goods to the warehouse will take 1-2 days. Those bikes are scheduled to arrive at our CA warehouse around Mid October, and will be shipped to our customers shortly after. All the orders based on a “first come, first serve” principle, your order will be shipped sooner if you placed earlier.

It is acceptable to modify your shipping details at this stage. We need your help to check or update your shipping details (shipping address, post code, phone number, etc.) again.

All the best,

Wallke eBike Team
