It's been a very busy week in terms of logistics. The customs are cleared. The X3 Pro will be arrived at our warehouse tonight and we are prepping to ship! We need your help to check or update your shipping details (shipping address, post code, phone number, etc.) again. If you need to update your shipping info, please contact Wallke Customer Support to make the necessary adjustments. 

The Wallke Intelligent Air Pump will be shipped separate from the bike. I think it may ship by UPS/USPS/Amazon Logistics. Please stay tuned for our next air pump shipping update and thank you for your patience.
