Hello Everyone,

All April batch orders have been shipped out from our California warehouse except for those with incorrect addresses or special needs. Tracking number for April batch has been uploaded to Shopify. Please check your email. It's necessary to check your spam folder as well. If you need to confirm urgently, you can enter the tracking number on the FedEx’s official website. 

Kindly be noted that some orders failed to obtain tracking numbers due to a incorrect address, please double confirm and contact us if your address information needs to be changed. For this enquiry, please contact Wallke service team.

Our logistics team told me that though we have chosen Signature Service but in case FedEx driver will still just drop the parcel at the door without contacting in advance please kindly track your parcel closely to avoid lost.

May batch orders update:

If orders placed after April 6th,  it is referred to as the May batch. Please see the estimated shipping information below:

When will the May batch orders be fulfilled?

Once the container arrive, if all goes well, the May batch X3 Pro out in Later April or Early May. Remember, we guarantee delivery for you. I hope this helped to clear some of the shipping issues.
