Out of the box, this ebike is about 85% assembled. Simply attach the handlebars, front wheel and headlihgt, the seat post, the pedals, and you're ready to rock and roll.

All product supplied by Wallke are supplied with free lifetime product support so we can still advise on troubleshooting. We're able to help you repair your products that are outside of their warranty period, but we're not responsible for the replacement parts(Outside warranty period).

2. How do you calculate the range of an e-bike?

The formula to calculate range is:
Battery Voltage (V) x Amp Hours (Ah) = Watt Hours (Wh), then
Watt Hours ÷ Consumption per mile = Range

For example, if the H9 AWD has a 48V 60Ah battery (2880Wh), and assuming 30 Wh/mi consumption on throttle mode, 15 Wh/mi consumption on PAS mode, the range would be around 2880Wh ÷ 30 Wh/mi = 96 miles.
2880Wh ÷ 15 Wh/mi = 192 miles.

Power use, payload weight, and the terrain you’re encountering can affect how long your battery lasts.

For example, if you’re riding uphill with an ebike loaded to maximum capacity while relying solely on the throttle, you’re going to have less range than someone riding on flat ground with no cargo and a minimal level of pedal assist. When the motor isn’t doing as much work, your range goes up. When it’s being used heavily, your range goes down.

3. What are the benefits of All Wheel Drive electric bikes?

AWD provides increased traction by powering both wheels instead of just one, resulting in improved acceleration and climbing ability, and reducing tire slippage, especially in low-traction conditions such as loose, muddy terrain and steep inclines.
